Doctors Without Borders / Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) Canada recruits medical and non-medical staff to join our teams here in Canada and abroad. All of these people bring professional abilities, practical experience, as well as a commitment to and concern for the people they help. MSF is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organisation created by a group of doctors and journalists in 1971. We help people worldwide where the need is greatest, delivering emergency medical aid to people affected by conflict, epidemics, disasters, or exclusion from health care. MSF offers assistance to people based on need, irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation.Our principles of independence, neutrality and impartiality are at the core of everything we do. Our network of medical, logistical professionals and administrative staff work in more than 60 countries. Our medical teams carry out more than nine million patient consultations a year. Our activities run from vaccination campaigns to complex surgery in conflict zones. We've witnessed #Israel indiscriminately attack civilians, deny lifesaving medical care, and obstruct aid delivery for 14 months. “The recent military offensive in the north is a stark illustration of the brutal war the Israeli forces are waging on Gaza, and we are seeing clear signs of ethnic cleansing...” Israel was ordered to take immediate measures to enable the provision of assistance in #Gaza almost a year ago. Still today, Palestinians are fighting for survival without these basic necessities. Airstrikes. Shelling. Incursions into hospitals.
