I’m spending the next couple of days with an incredible group of women at the Women Shaping Wealth a private retreat for women connected to family wealth, family enterprises or family offices. My dear friends,Kim Collins and Carolyn Cole, along with a few others, have dedicated a lot of time to curating this event. When Kim first mentioned this retreat, she highlighted something that’s been missing. She said, “The men in my life have their golf tournaments and fishing retreats, where they get together, relax, and do business. I want that with women.” Men come together, share deals, take risks, and build wealth. We, as women, should be doing the same—but on our own terms. And that’s exactly what these next few days are about. What happens at this retreat, stays at the retreat.
