On était encore dans les balbutiements, je crois, au Québec. Pas au Canada mais au Québec. On commençait à parler de souveraineté narrative, mais on était vraiment au début. Donc, c’est sûr qu’il y a encore beaucoup de travail à accomplir, mais je sens déjà une plus grande ouverture à entendre les voix des peuples autochtones. L’ONF est de retour au Festival international du cinéma francophone en Acadie cette année avec deux documentaires ! 🔵 En ouverture et première mondiale : TRÉCARRÉ : À LA SOURCE DU SON DE LA BAIE SAINTE-MARIE de Natalie Robichaud. 🔵 En compétition et première atlantique : NINAN AUASSAT : NOUS, LES ENFANTS, de Kim O'Bomsawin. Hier, lors de la soirée d’ouverture, ce fut l’occasion de célébrer les 50 ans de production cinématographique en français de l’#ONF en Acadie et l’apport du regretté cinéaste Léonard Forest, un des grands bâtisseurs de la production de langue française. « Depuis 50 ans, l’ONF est un témoin privilégié de la créativité et de l’originalité de la cinématographie acadienne. Comme le montre bien le film TRÉCARRÉ de Natalie Robichaud, le patrimoine culturel acadien est une source d’inspiration puissante pour les jeunes générations, qui continuent d’en affirmer la vitalité et la pertinence.
