Our Torbay Road team knocked it out of the park with their #Loyal2Local funds by supporting Paradise Bowl, followed by a meal at Tiny's in Paradise. They spent the evening enjoying some friendly competition, great company, delicious food, and plenty of strikes (and maybe a few gutter balls, too). At NLCU, we're thrilled to see our teams come together to support local businesses, while making memories that will last a lifetime. #SupportLocal #TeamBonding

For the Loyal 2 Local campaign, Member Service Advisor, Aubrey, chose to support Tobin's Convenience in Labrador City by picking up snacks and desserts to share with her housemates. What started as a simple act of supporting a small business turned into a memorable evening of laughter, storytelling, and good company. At NLCU, we love seeing how our employees use the #Loyal2Local initiative to create meaningful connections in their lives and in the community. #ShopLocal

Budgeting in tough times can make a huge difference. A budget helps you track your income, expenses, and savings so you can set spending limits and reduce financial stress. Whether you want to manage debt, plan for a big purchase, or simply make the most of your money, a budget can help you reach your goals. Before you start, think about your short-term and long-term goals; such as paying down debt, building an emergency fund, or saving for a major purchase. Knowing the difference between your “needs” and “wants” will also help you make smarter spending choices and avoid financial surprises. To make budgeting easier, consider using a tool like a Budget Planner Budget Planner. It can track your spending, give you helpful tips, and show you where your money is going. With regular check-ins, you’ll stay on track and closer to financial security, one step at a time. Get more information about budgeting here: https://ow.ly/gmtn50U7oA4
