Last Friday we were honoured to host Premier Doug Ford alongside members of the Ontario Government | Gouvernement de l’Ontario and representatives from Moderna at our facility in Cambridge, Ontario to celebrate the inauguration of our new fill-finish line to produce Canadian-made mRNA vaccines. Through this important mission with Moderna, Novocol Pharma, a Septodont company will serve Canadians with a secure supply of vaccines, supporting economic development, and driving skilled job growth in Ontario. Today, with our partner Moderna, we celebrated a significant milestone - the inauguration of our new mRNA vaccine fill-finish production line at our Cambridge, Ontario facility. Thank you Premier Doug Ford, Minister Victor Fedeli, Deputy Premier Sylvia Jones, Stefan Raos (Moderna), Leslie Madden (Moderna) and other esteemed guests for helping to commemorate the occasion! #septodont

On Friday October 25th, we held a ribbon cutting event to mark the completion of Project Vista, a significant expansion of Novocol’s sterile injectable filling capacity – This project was made possible through the strategic collaboration with the Government of Canada through the Strategic Innovation Fund (#SIF) within the Ministry of Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada | Innovation, Sciences et Développement économique Canada (#ISED). Project Vista provides an increase in Novocol’s capacity for cartridges, vials and syringes for CDMO clients and supports national pandemic preparedness. This milestone event was attended by dignitaries from the City of Cambridge Ontario, Region of Waterloo, Waterloo EDC, the France Canada Chamber of Commerce (ON, MB), and National Research Council Canada / Conseil national de recherches Canada.  Jan Liggett, the Mayor of Cambridge, made an address  recognizing the importance of Novocol as a member of the Cambridge business community and leader in the local life sciences sector. #septodont
