Wait! I know it’s Friday, but I still haven’t done my G2E post! I’ll make it aggregate to not feed the algorithm too much (but I will a little bit, because everyone is getting a shout out!). Here are my highlights of #G2E week with the nQube team:
Spending time with friends and colleagues Jason Fiege, Henry Wong, Sean Kennedy, Azam Husain, and especially G2E first-timer Kurt Hildebrand.
Being part of an amazing panel, presenting the important topic of “Women in AI.” Thank you, Christina Thakor-Rankin, Brett Abarbanel, Jamie Shea – I hope we can keep these discussions going at future conferences.
Chris Garrow, Melissa Blau, and Jason Fiege’s session on unifying casino technology and 360-degree player models.
Daniel Kustelski and Joe Kustelski from Chalkline – your wholesome fun run was a refreshing take on G2E events, and opened my eyes to how out of shape I am.
Seeing people I haven’t seen in ages and missing the good old days – Alfredo Baldoz, James Acres, Walter Boyd.
Catching up with my Las Vegas-based friends – John Lukasik and Kasra Ghaharian – next time I know to add a couple more days to the trip so we’re not so rushed when trying to find quality time.
Eric S. Trevan, Ph.D.– next time we need to meet at a louder venue!
I’m not usually fun at parties, yet somehow I scored invites to great events by iGaming Capital, SCCG Management, Imagine This, Canadian Gaming Association, Raving Consulting Company, and Sightline Payments/NRT Technology Corp..
To all the clients, colleagues, and new potential partners – I’ll spare you my social media tag, but it’s always a joy to meet in person.
If you think I forgot you, I’m probably just protecting your privacy. It is Vegas, after all.
