We uncover your gut microbiome. The gut microbiome is referred to all the microbes such as bacteria, viruses and fungus present in your intestine, which act as other vital organ that play a crucial role in maintaining good health. Presence of different types of good bacteria will benefit the health of the individual. The imbalance in diversity of bacteria, leading to increase in unhealthy bacteria can cause diseased condition called dysbiosis, which can affect gut health and can lead to intestinal diseases such as intestinal bowel syndrome or inflammatory bowel disease. Moreover, there is a growing evidence that gut dysbiosis can also lead to weight gain and other disorders. Therefore, it is very important to balance the gut microbiome in order to stay healthy and happy.
