🌟 Exciting developments at OptiSeis as we launch Phase 3 of our #EcoSeis project at the Carbon Management Canada Newell County Field Research Station! This step forward in our journey involves detailed fieldwork, testing innovative #SeismicTechnology like miniaturized source equipment and various nodal systems, including SmartSolo Scientific nodes and #INOVA 3C Hawks, with tailored #gain settings to enhance our data quality. 🌱 🤝 A massive thank you to Don Lawton and the CMC team for their expert support, especially Marie Macquet for her stellar coordination and Perry Manning for ensuring our field operations ran without a hitch. Your combined efforts have been crucial in the success of our #fieldwork. 🙌 🔧 Collaborating with Summit Geo Inc., led by Lindsay Wadsworth, brought valuable insights and assistance in deploying their new acquisition technologies. Together, we're pushing the boundaries of low-impact surveys and accessibility in challenging environments. Hats off as well to Doug Goble and the team at Global Seismic Repairs for their work with internal combustion impulse sources, which are changing the game for infill and shallow target surveys. 📈 🎓 A special shoutout to the students who participated, particularly Chioma Chineke, recent M.Sc. graduate from the University of Calgary, whose dedication and enthusiasm were truly inspiring. Chioma’s hard work, organizational skills and focus were invaluable at CMC’s Newell County FRS, and her uplifting attitude made every moment enjoyable.
