Beginning with just a couple of Canadian clients, growth has been realized to service clients throughout North America in the Financial, Insurance, Manufacture, Distribution, Broadcasting and Government industries. Now serving as a leader in the North American Clarity professional services space, Optovia provides an unrivaled end to end service experience. We are proud to be official Broadcom Expert Advantage Partners. Optovia’s second Service Practice is focused on ServiceNow. We are expert service providers and implementers for ServiceNow’s Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Application Portfolio Management (APM), Workplace Service Delivery (WSD), Employee Experience (formerly HRSD), and IT Service Management (ITSM). Our service offerings are based on client realization of reduced time to value, with our 3 and 6 month implementation paths. Furthermore, our industry-specific Accelerators for various modules provide the baseline that clients require in order to achieve successful deployments is a shorter period of time.
