Selected Proponents shall have an exemplary safety record, expertise, capability, and the capacity to perform assigned work for the OWA. 2024 - Tubing Storage & Management consists of: -Storing & managing inventory for used tubing and rods from the Association’s sites that will be transported by a third party transport company to the Proponents Yards -Pickup and trucking of tubing & rods from Sites to the Yards will be managed by the OWA Prime Contractors -Yard intake counts will be prepared by proponent and inventory reports delivered to the Association at the end of every month -Available to store and accept tubing & rods 24 hours, 7 days a week including holidays -Ability to provide accurate monthly inventory counts electronically -Yard locations must include security & fence around perimeter, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week -Safety performance tracking through ComplyWorks / TRIF /COR/ SECOR -Ability to detect NORMS prior to receiving and unloading tubing & rods -Equipment on site to perform loading and unloading activities Interested parties are invited to complete the RFI Questionnaire and return the completed questionnaire in it's original excel format by email to supplychain@orphanwell.ca on or before Friday, April 19, 2024, before 11:59 p.m. MT (Mountain Time). ***NOW CLOSED*** 2024 Prime Contractor for Large-Scale Facility Demolition Projects RFI (Request for Information) *EXTENDED TO APRIL 5, 2024* The OWA is searching for experienced, knowledgeable, and responsible Prime Contractors to execute large-scale facility demolition projects in the Province of Alberta, Canada on behalf of the OWA. Selected Prime Contractors shall have an exemplary safety record, expertise, capability, and the capacity to perform assigned work for the OWA. Large-Scale Facility Demolition Projects typically consist of: -15-25 mid-sized oil and gas facilities to be demolished. -Demolition of all above and below-ground infrastructure, relocation of surplus assets to OWA storage yards, segregation of scrap metal and recyclable materials, and trucking/disposal of all materials. -Planning, executing, and managing all aspects of the work, under the oversight of an OWA Coordinator. -Tracking and reporting of daily activities, material transfer/disposal records, ABSA vessel destruction, scrap metal/recycling credits, and site closure information. -Equipment, vessels, tanks, and piping will be drained and cleaned by the OWA prior to execution, the demolition contractor will be responsible to complete additional cleaning at select sites. -Pipelines and wells associated with the facilities will be abandoned by the OWA prior to execution, the demolition contractor will be responsible for removal of pipeline risers to lease edge. -Hazardous materials survey information will be provided; the demolition contractor will be responsible for safe abatement of asbestos and other hazardous building materials.
