Last night, I got to present in front of 300+ people at DisruptHR YEG and share some thoughts about accessibility in digital recruitment. It was an incredible experience to relate some of the insights I’ve gained in my time at Paper Leaf, in a wild and fast-paced 5-minute format. The audience was so warm and receptive to the ideas shared from all of the incredible presenters. It was truly a safe space to connect and learn, and I’m excited to see what disruptive tidbits from this evening translate into the HR world. Thank you to Ashley McKarney, CPHR, SHRM-SCP and Involvi HR for putting together such an incredible event.
