This week is the start of #NationalVolunteerWeek Volunteer Canada and we’re so grateful for the work, support, and impact all the volunteers have at Hull Services! They make all the difference to the children, youth, and families in and around our community. This year’s theme is #EveryMomentMatters. Today we spotlight Dr. Rob Meeder from our upcoming Luminary Speaker Series event: From ACEs to Relational Health – The Exceptional Importance of Early Childhood Experiences on March 27. Dr. Meeder is a pediatrician with a practice devoted entirely to families, children and youth with mental health difficulties. Dr. Meeder is actively involved with the Infant and Early Mental Health Promotion Program at Sick Kids. He believes that mental health has its foundations in the early years, is enhanced by healthy relationships, and is ideally supported in communities. In 2020, he started the Family, Child and Youth Mental Health Program at Waypoint Centre For Mental Health Care in Penetanguishene, Ontario. We are thrilled to hear Dr. Meeder speak!
