On December 11, the Bank of Canada (BoC) made its final rate announcement of the year, cutting its lending rate by 50 basis points, bringing it down to 3.25%. This marks the second significant rate cut this quarter. What a year it's been! Our 2024 commitment to growth and expanding our portfolio remains strong as we continue to serve +9 communities across 3 provinces. Here’s a snapshot of our key achievements: Property Acquisitions: • We’ve added +9 new properties in 2024, continuing to shape vibrant communities and enhance our presence in high-potential markets. • This brings our total number of acquisitions to +31 properties, with an estimated AUM of +$190M Renovation & Revitalization: • We've successfully renovated +100 units so far in 2024, with an additional 22 units under renovation and set to be completed by the end of the year. •The value created per unit has been impressive, with in-place rents increasing by approximately 43% on the units that have turned over this year.
