Wow - what an awesome 'Lessons in Life & Leadership' opportunity to get up for this morning - a session with #SerenaWilliams, the GOAT of Women's tennis and I think most sports in general! Her humble nature, the personal and relatable experiences she shared, and her overall ability to reflect and be 100% authentic, was so inspiring to many of us global entrepreneurs. What an awesome leadership and teambuilding event we had this week with 140 Grade 11’s from #BrentwoodCollege on Vancouver Island. This event was a great way to finish a very full successful Fall season where we delivered over 32 days of adventure-learning programs in 6 weeks for both schools and corporate teams that were SAFE, FUN, and MEMORABLE! Of course we couldn’t do it without our amazingly creative, fun, professional Pinnacle Staff Team! THANK YOU Clients & Staff for continuing to make #UnforgettablePinnacleMoments! To celebrate Truth and Reconciliation Day and promote and support strength through diversity, it was a privilege to host a Pro-D Day with School District 33 (Chilliwack). Serving those who serve others… With deep gratitude to our amazing Pinnacle staff team who helped make a truly unique Corporate ‘Adventure-Wellness’ off-site happen for our community workers! THANK YOU. We created a day that wasn't just about adventure play or adrenaline-filled team-building challenges; it also included a careful balance of holistically focused wellness, art and creativity exercises that engaged peoples' mind, body, and spirit. A day that truly embodied our Pinnacle Pursuits mission and values. In a world that is becoming increasingly at times, for many people, filled with chaos, pain, anxiety and overwhelm, its days like this, that can help people in ways we may not even know or fathom - the ripple effect in its purest form. The descriptive feelings that people shared in our gratitude circle to finish the day included words like "peaceful", "restored", "happy", "connected", "inclusive", "grateful", "community", "safely challenged", "comaraderie", "smiles and laughter", "healing", "sense of peace". . . just to name a few. My cup is full and I feel grateful for all of you. Thank you for being such an integral part of such a transformational and successful Pinnacle Experience.
