Last week, the PolicyMe team came together for a fantastic in-person event in Toronto! While we’re a remote-first company, we know the value of connecting face-to-face every so often. These moments help us build relationships, foster trust, and share some laughs outside of the usual workday. Our day started with lunch as a team, followed by a bike-building challenge. It was a fun way to collaborate while working toward a meaningful goal, donating the completed bikes 🚲 to BGC Toronto. Sometimes it’s hard to focus on the wins when all you can think about are the mistakes you made along the way. At PolicyMe, we see mistakes as some of our best learning moments. When we are open about mistakes, we don’t just move past them, we hear the feedback we need and learn to get better each time.
