We're happy to introduce Lyndsay Charles, PPI’s new Regional Vice-President of Sales for British Columbia. Lyndsay leads the BC Sales Team with a focus on Advisor recruitment, development, and productive sales. She oversees Advisor relationships, providing customized assistance with PPI’s collection of leading-edge technology solutions enabling Advisors to excel in their practices.   Bilingual in English and French, she is also deeply committed to mentorship and community involvement. Her dedication to these values makes her an invaluable addition to our team.   Lyndsay brings a wealth of experience from her years of working with Advisors in various capacities. Her positive attitude and commitment to “getting things done” ensures that efficiency is top of mind. Lyndsay has been a fantastic addition to our strong team, and we look forward to her leadership in British Columbia.   One fun fact about Lyndsay? Based in the Toronto-Sheppard Collaboration Centre, Tim plays a pivotal role in driving growth through developing and supporting our Advisors. In fact, his leadership of the Sales Team and management of Advisor relationships exemplify his dedication to providing tailored sales support and innovative tools that help Advisors thrive and grow their practices. Tim has been a vital addition to our team, leveraging his extensive experience with Advisors to excel as the leader of our Ontario region. One of the greatest discoveries I’ve had with tools like Google Gemini, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot is that you don’t have to spend tons of money learning how to use these tools. The tools can teach you themselves… you just have to ask the right questions. I’ll be sharing exactly what prompts to use to learn GenAI during an upcoming webinar for marketers in the insurance industry on December 3rd. Yesterday, we held our Annual Women’s Day in Calgary where we got to bring together some of our top female advisors and carrier partners, to spend the day networking, collaborating, learning and having ‘fierce conversations.’  I’m so proud of the team we have in Alberta that helped organize and pull off such an incredible event.
