Today we’re happy to announce the start of a landmark partnership with Cat Lake First Nations. Signed by Chief Rusell Wesley (CLFN) and CEO Randy Fournier (PRT), the initiative includes: 🌲Workforce support and training 🌲Ongoing employment opportunities at PRT Dryden nursery 🌲Collaboration on future CLFN nursery/ seedling initiatives Together, we will support economic development and forest infrastructure in Northwestern Ontario, creating jobs while putting trees in the ground.

We presented four key policy recommendations: 1. Recognize forests as critical infrastructure 2. Redirect 2-Billion Tree Program funds to maximize post-disaster reforestation 3. Expedite land access 4.
