It's still a hard market out there right now. Clients expect their agent to be their advocate and have their best interests in mind. This is why it is critical to have a proactive renewal process. But by being proactive and having personalized conversations, I can safely say that now I'm not losing any policies" Focusing on your existing clients is one of the best revenue driving strategies you have, whether you're in software or insurance.
