    Starting a new role can be overwhelming—especially when there’s so much to learn. In fact, only 29% of new hires feel supported and prepared for their role after the onboarding process (Gallup, 2021). This approach, called the continuous learning model, helps employees absorb and build on information gradually. (Harvard Business Review, 2024) ✅ Create a clear checklist.
