The Centre will offer large tracks for cycling, walking & running PLUS gyms 💪, a rock-climbing wall 🧗♂️ & play space for kids 🙌, among other features. 💡 Edmonton RJCers are flexing their expertise as building envelope consultants on this game-changing project. 🏗️ 🎗️ Its unique roofline mimics a ribbon that circles around the building. Work continues on the Centre's roof and its connection to the Peter Hemingway Fitness & Leisure Centre. 🏊♀️ Did you know Peter Hemingway is an award-winning aquatic space that RJC helped bring to life as the structural engineer? On time & on budget, Coronation Park's newest rec centre is set to open in 2026. 🗓️ ✅ See you there. P.S. The Centre will seek a special designation to qualify as a host for national & international cycling events. Congratulations Coralie Offroy, a Québec student who WINS an RJC-funded scholarship at her local Women in Engineering Congress! 📚 🎉 Coralie is capping off her final semester at Université de Sherbrooke where she studies Building Engineering. 👩🎓 🏗️ 🏙️ She looks forward to graduating in December & pursuing her Master's Degree in Toronto. RJC is excited to celebrate the next generation of women engineers like Coralie. This $2,000 scholarship is a small token of gratitude towards women pioneers in our sector. Our goal is simple ➡️ to inspire future women engineers by strengthening feelings of belonging, boosting motivation & paving the way for new networking opportunities. 🚀 Hosted by Association des firmes de génie-conseil - Québec, this year's Congress championed equity, diversity & inclusion in STEM. Introducing The Parks: 1,000+ apartments coming to Edmonton! 🏙️ 🙌   Shoutout to RJCers Bob Korneluk & Kris Post for a fantastic site visit. On the corner of Jasper Ave. & 108 Street, this mixed-use project will feature two apartment towers. 🛠️ They will be connected by a 13-storey podium with a rooftop garden. The main floor will house commercial space, plus a convenient indoor connection to Corona LRT station. 🚧 Construction is well under way! 🚧 RJC’s Edmonton crew brings the project to life with services in structural engineering & building envelope commissioning. Phase I, the 35-storey tower, is already complete. Vancouver RJCers seek the peak, wrapping Q3 with a collective total of 98 Grouse Grinds. ⛰️ 🚠 😍 That's 2,830 steps 👣, plus a 2.5km ascent & an elevation gain of 800m per hike.   💪 Project Engineer Li Ella led this fitness challenge through what's known as "Mother Nature's Stairmaster."   After working hard at the office, the crew rallied together in North Van for fun climbing adventures. 🌄 These stunning sunset views were well worth the trek.   ✅ As they say, a team that sweats together stays together! #vancouverbc #engineeringconsultants #structuralengineers #buildingscience #engineers #britishcolumbia
