About us
We do it right! Recruit Without Borders was founded on the belief that there is a need for transparency in the process of bringing temporary foreign workers into Canada; both for the candidates and the employers who may be new to the process. Our experience has taught us that many recruitment agencies have taken advantage of the current domestic labor shortage and capitalized on the opportunity. he mission of Recruit Without Borders is threefold: 1. ensure candidates never pay a fee for the job 2. bring costs down as low as possible for the employers 3. donate a portion of all revenue to local non-profits that support new Canadians

We truly believe in the power of giving back and making a difference in the lives of others. 💖 Today, we had the heartfelt privilege of preparing and serving a warm, delicious meal for the patients, families, staff, and volunteers at the Fondation de la Maison de soins palliatifs de Vaudreuil-Soulanges. It was such a humbling experience to see the smiles and gratitude all around, and it reminded us of the incredible strength and resilience of everyone in that space. Moments like this fill our hearts with joy and remind us that small acts of kindness can have a big impact. We are so grateful to have been able to contribute in this meaningful way.
