RelyOn (Canada) reposted this
On Saturday, February 24, COVE hosted the Floating Wind Challenge where the winning team tested their floating wind structure against high winds and waves. 🌬️🌊 The winning team is comprised of Devin Wadden, Nathan French, Kyle MacPherson, and Issam Benkhedda who are CAD Technician students at the Nova Scotia Community College - NSCC Ivany Campus. Congratulations are in order as they will move on to compete in the international #FloatingWindChallenge hosted by the Belgium-based not-for-profit OffshoreWind4Kids in July in France! Check out how their #FloatingWindStructure did 👇 Special thanks to the judges and RelyOn Nutec (Canada) for allowing us to use its facility.
