New Caribbean Role - Food & Beverage Director Our client in the Caribbean, a multi award winning ultra-luxury resort requires an experienced Food & Beverage Director to oversee their extensive F&B operations. With a large number of bars & restaurants, room service and extensive banqueting space he/she will be managing over 60 supervisory staff including 5 F&B Managers and up to 400 staff and reporting to the General Manager. The role is an Ex-Com role and pure operations, with a strong customer service focus, driving guest satisfaction and customer service to the highest levels, providing a safe, clean and progressive work environment for the team. Holding individuals at all levels accountable with strong follow up while providing motivation at all levels. Effective communication is needed as you will be dealing with all levels of management, staff and guests; this includes both written and verbal communications. The ability to think on your feet, review all aspects of the operation while working on the floor to train, direct and drive service standards to new levels, whilst taking direction and implementing initiatives as directed by senior management.    The ideal candidate will be responsible in the complete planning and management of the F&B front of house operation. He/she must be service oriented, extremely hands on with the ability to achieve the highest customer satisfaction and quality service. This position requires a hands-on manager where he/she is at least 80% on the floor physically working and 20% admin in an office environment. It is not an office orientated position.   He/she should have worked in a large volume multiple outlet operation previously with extensive catering and banquets. He/she should be a college / university degree graduate with a minimum of 5- 10 years’ experience in a similar role. Should be able to handle fast paced environment and be able to work under pressure.   Salary range: US $100K(tax free - net salary) plus gratuities of approximately $10000 and $2500 accommodation allowance per month, plus other ex-pat benefits including medical benefits and a relocation allowance. Luxury Hotel Senior Commercial Director – Netherlands Region   We are seeking a Commercial Director for an amazing hotel property in the Netherlands area. The Commercial Director, she/he, is responsible for the hotel's commercial strategies and activities, including guest rooms, restaurants, Conference facilities, Bars, Gyms and wellness, Spas, and Human Resources.   This person has several direct reports, including senior department heads: Director of Sales, Director of Events and Director of Revenue and Business Performance.
