Congratulations to Condor Energies (TSX: CDR) on the closing of its brokered offering of common shares for aggregate gross proceeds of approx. $19.4 million.   The Offering was led by Research Capital Corporation, as the lead agent and sole bookrunner, on behalf of a syndicate of agents. The net proceeds of the Offering will be used for the ongoing workover program as part of Condor’s production enhancement service activities in Uzbekistan. Condor is continuing and expanding the workover program initiated in June 2024 comprised of plunger lift installations, production tubing replacements, perforating previously non-depleted and bypassed pay zones and other workover activities. A third service rig is planned to commence operations in the first quarter of 2025.   Condor is a Canadian-based #energy transition company focused on European and Asian markets. The company produces #naturalgas and condensate in Uzbekistan and has ongoing initiatives to construct and operate #LNG facilities in Kazakhstan and to develop and produce lithium brine in Kazakhstan. #capitalmarkets #investing #finance #investmentbanking  

Congratulations to TAG Oil Ltd. (TSXV: TAO) (OTCQX: TAOIF) on closing its public offering of units for gross proceeds of $6,815,963. The Offering was led by Research Capital Corporation as lead agent and sole bookrunner, on behalf of a syndicate of agents.   The company intends to use the net proceeds to advance appraisal and development activities in the Western Desert, Egypt, at both the Badr Oil Field and strategic new 512,000-acre concession, and for working capital and general corporate purposes. Activities to be advanced with the proceeds include executing re-entry work on multiple existing wells to recomplete and/or drill a sidetrack into existing conventional #oil reservoirs, the drilling of new vertical delineation wells in the unconventional Abu Roash "F" resource play targeting high-intensity natural fractured areas, and the planning of the next horizontal well with multi-stage frac.    TAG Oil continues to investigate potential strategic joint venture opportunities and partnerships within the Middle East North Africa region in general and Egypt in particular. #oilandgas #capitalmarkets #investing #finance
