A recent weekend trip to Ottawa after a number of years had me recalling the "Not Vanilla" pop up we worked on with Ottawa Tourism. Popping up in a busy alley overnight... culture, nightlife and adventures of Ottawa were highlighted through one of a kind ice cream flavours that made sure to portray Ottawa as not the vanilla destination it was rumored to be.
