What an amazing night we had at last week’s annual Trailblazers event! The event featured an outstanding panel of women who shared their professional experiences and we’re so grateful to our panelists for walking us through your journeys and reminding us that there are so many paths to finding our dream careers! We also had the privilege of connecting with alumni and industry professionals over dinner. Thank you for your energy and passion – you left us all feeling inspired!

The team is still buzzing as we reflect on yesterday's electric panel event hosted at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management. We collaborated with the female-led team at Rotman Sports Business Association to bring to life "Women in Sport: A candid conversation with female leaders in sport and business." We were honoured to host the powerhouse panel of Tessa Virtue (Canadian Olympic Committee Medalist & World Champion, Executive Advisor at Deloitte), Kelly Murumets (Former CEO of Tennis Canada, Adjunct Professor at University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management) and Lexi Marton (Former National Team Athlete Canada Soccer, Director, Brand Marketing at RBC). Each of these inspiring women took us through their journeys through sport and leadership with such thoughtfulness, grace and authenticity. We learned about the importance of self-empathy, leaning into opportunities that scare you daily, and reminding yourself that you are "unstoppable." 🩷 This event would not have been possible without our host, Annie Chipman (VP Events, RSBA), and our moderators, Maddie Secco (President, RSBA) and Armanda Iuliano (President, WIMA). A huge thank you to the other club members, student volunteers, and Rotman Administration who supported this vision! #womeninsport #womeninbusiness #femaleempowerment #womenshistorymonth
