  • MIND = BLOWN after Day 2 of Idea to Launch 🤯 Today we witnessed something remarkable: a business opportunity discovered, validated, and kicked into motion in just 43 minutes. But that was just the beginning... We then had Yash Chavan (who has built a 6-figure SaaS by age 25) break down his exact playbook for: - Finding profitable SaaS ideas in unexpected places - Pre-selling before writing a single line of code - Building products customers actually want - Scaling from 0 to 100 customers We watched Dane Maxwell post a job, get 30+ proposals, and hire a designer - all during the live session. This isn't theory - it's real-world execution happening in real-time. 🎯 The biggest takeaway? Building a successful SaaS business isn't about having the perfect idea or being a technical genius. It's about understanding pain points, validating solutions, and executing strategically. Want to join us for the remaining 3 days? We're diving into: - How to sell SaaS products effectively - Building & funding your SaaS - Advanced growth strategies Grab the link in the comments to save your seat - you don't want to miss out on this 💪🏻

  • Some problems can't be solved on a Zoom call... And that's where the SaaS Academy Intensives come in. Walking into a room full of founders who are walking a similar path is like finding a cheat code for your own growth. Some are where you want to be, some are on the same step, and others are at a place you've been before - but everyone has something valuable to share. When 200+ SaaS founders spend a few days together, magic happens. Challenges get solved in hallway conversations. Growth obstacles transform into opportunities. Years of trial and error compress into hours of insight. This is what leveling up looks like. 🚀

  • "True wealth is believing in your ability to build it again." Meet Yash Chavan . At 22, with no technical background, he discovered how to turn market pain into profitable software. His process? Simple but powerful: 👉 45-60 customer interviews to find the right problem 👉 Pre-sold his solution before writing a single line of code 👉 Got 5 paying customers in just two weeks 👉 Scaled to $25k monthly recurring revenue in 7 months December 2-6, Yash will join four other successful founders and their mentor, Dane Maxwell , to teach you their complete framework to build a SaaS from scratch.  "It's like Neo in the Matrix... you remove a filter and just see the world in a different way. Dane's ideology enabled me to see income streams, see pain in the world that can be monetized, build products that matter." This is Dane's final workshop before retiring from SaaS. Learn how to build something that could change your life forever - no technical experience, coding knowledge, or even an idea for what kind of SaaS you want to create required. Limited seats available. Link in comments 👇

  • Follow Up Boss quickly grew from zero to 20,000+ customers and sold to Zillow - the Perfect Exit every SaaS founder dreams of. Dan Corkill is joining us December 2-6 to show exactly how he did it - starting with just a $1,500 investment and a $10 website template. For 5 days, Dan and 5 other successful founders will teach alongside their mentor, Dane Maxwell, showing you how to: ➡️ Find profitable ideas through customer conversations ➡️ Build your MVP in 90 days or less ➡️ Get your first 10 paying customers ➡️ Scale to $10k monthly recurring revenue You don't need coding experience or technical knowledge. Dan started exactly where you are - learning to listen to customer pain points and turn them into profitable solutions. This is Dane's final workshop before retiring from SaaS completely. Learn from the mentor who helped launch billion-dollar companies that changed lives forever. Limited seats available. Link in comments ⬇️

I'm only through the second chapter and have so many notes... Reading "Software as a Science"- The starting framework of the hourglass of Acquisition, Retention, and Expansion. I was able to calculate my growth ceiling, (how long before new customers equal the number who leave), and make a decision to focus on Marketing/acquisition because of solid numbers... not just a gut feeling. For defend-id it's a matter of getting new customers, our churn is essentially zero and expansion is coming. I think my lesson here is that every lever matters but timing is key and know which one to pull and when is critical. #learning #growing, #defend-id And if you don't follow these 4 guys... YOU SHOULD Matt Verlaque Dan Martell Marcel Petitpas Johnny Page

Caught up with Mike Bell from Scheduler AI after his first read-through of Software As A Science 💪 He perfectly captured why this book exists. We built this to be your SaaS battle manual - the kind that gets coffee stains, highlighter marks, dog-eared pages, and daily use. Every SaaS company slams into growth ceilings. It's not about IF... it's WHEN. So when you hit that wall (or better yet, before you do), you need to know: ➡️ What caused the growth ceiling? ➡️ Which exact plays will bust through it? ➡️ How to make these strategies work in YOUR company 📈 Think of it as your "been there, solved that, here's the blueprint" guide. We're so confident it's going to change the game, we're giving it away for free. Not because it isn't valuable (trust us, it is), but because we're on a mission to help build more awesome software companies. Comment 'BOOK' below and we'll send you the link to grab your copy ⬇️

  • Behind every great founder is a community that gets it. Fresh off our Chicago intensive - where our SaaS Boardroom founders pushed limits (fire breathing included 🔥), learned from trailblazers who've been there, built that, and found their tribe. Watching these entrepreneurs build the future is something special. It's exactly why we do what we do 💪
