We pioneered Social Selling. Since 2012, we created the 'ScalePipeline System' that umbrellas Social Selling Mastery and SPEAR Selling, the cornerstones to Social Selling methodology. We license this IP to global enterprise and mid-market organizations to enable their sales organizations at scale. Step 1: Merge your GTM / sales methodologies with Social Selling Our curriculum is 100% contextualized or customized to our customers' ecosystem. While the program is 'Out of Box', the IP can be merged into your IP and branding criteria. Step 2: Deploy a global certification program at scale You have the option to enable our IP using your internal sales enablement team (Train-the-Trainer) or leverage our expertise. Our enablement is standard in each subscription and includes the following. - Personalized 1-on-1 training - Resource Portal with Certification Courses - Private Corporate Training Step 3: Track each sellers ability to turn training into sales opportunities We are proponents of the 'Teach-back Method' where sellers teach the concepts learnt back to sales leadership. Our certification process is a practicum. Every seller must create a live sales opportunity, defended in a video case study. This creates 100's or 1,000's of new sales opportunities at scale for your company - resulting in +20% more sales pipeline in 6-12 months.
