🌟 Team Bonding Day: Lunch & Bowling Fun! 🎳🍽️ Today, I had the pleasure of spending a fantastic afternoon with our amazing team! We kicked things off with a tasty lunch, then hit the bowling alley for some friendly competition. It was so fun to see everyone’s moves (and some hilarious gutter balls too!). Moments like these remind us of the importance of teamwork, camaraderie, and enjoying each other’s company outside of the usual work environment. A huge thank you to everyone for their patience! Hard truth: If you're too busy to be kind, you're too busy to be a leader. Leadership isn't about grand speeches. But the small gestures that leave an impact. A former colleague reached out to thank me. They remembered a time I supported them five years ago with a difficult project. I had forgotten about it, but they hadn't. They remembered how I: ↳ Defended their ideas ↳ Stayed late to meet the deadline ↳ Gave them space to learn from their mistakes Here's the thing: People won't remember your: ↳ Quarterly reports ↳ Strategy outlines ↳ Sales targets They'll remember how you made them feel in tough times. Being a good leader isn't hard.
