As CFPB pushes towards open banking and consumer data access, credit unions face a pivotal moment in member service evolution. Hood, former NCUA chairman, join us on Senso's CuCopilot session 11 to provide a regulators perspective on voice agents in the credit union space.    Here's why this is a must attend session for anyone in the financial services industry: 1. AI agents are proliferating throughout society, and we're starting to see this trend emerge across industries, everywhere.  In session 11, we’ll be discussing definitions and implications around human-to-agent and agent-to-agent interactions. 2. In financial services specifically, the time for open banking is now. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has finalized a rule that will give consumers greater rights, privacy, and security over their personal financial data.  According to Rohit Chopra, “Too many Americans are stuck in financial products with lousy rates and service". Consumers will be able to access, or authorize a third party to access, data such as transaction information, account balance information, payment initiation information , upcoming bill information, and basic account verification information. This capability will be essential in the years to come when agents are capable of facilitating our payments, paying our bills, and monitoring our net worth. It was a blast to work with latest GenAI Technologies. It is crazy how fast you can build nowadays. 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: (If we exclude research) in few years from now small to medium-sized companies won't have separate roles of POs and Dev's anymore, but the two will merge into one role called Product Builder. In only 5 hours we managed to build an end-to-end voice bot prototype thanks to Retell AI for booking appointments at your doctor as well as processing conversations to identify additional insights using aiXplain. We didn't have to build a front-end, since we just hooked up Senso.
