CBTU welcomes today’s Fall Economic Statement and the positive news for skilled trades workers and the energy sector. ⚡ We are very pleased to see Clean Electricity Investment Tax Credits included in the FES, with prevailing wage requirements attached. This 15% tax credit will play a crucial role in supporting projects that create good-paying jobs for our members and grow the economy, while reducing emissions. CBTU is also pleased to be recognized as a key partner in developing the skilled trades workforce of the future through the Build Your Skills platform. Build Your Skills will support apprentices in construction by providing literacy and learning resources to aspiring skilled tradespeople. 🏗️🛠️ Read our full statement here: https://lnkd.in/eg2CPrbe SkillPlan #FES #buildingtrades #skilledtrades #construction #energy #ITCs
