Today, I had the incredible opportunity to present "Empower, Lead, Succeed – Navigating a Path to Leadership for Women in Safety" at the Saskatchewan Safety Council annual conference. The room was full of amazing women in the safety industry—along with a strong showing of men who recognize the importance of supporting and advocating for women in leadership. Seeing that level of engagement and allyship was truly inspiring. The session was full of energy, great discussions, and meaningful interactions.
