Our client, a global leader in real estate professional services, has recently secured a major global client and is now seeking an experienced IFM leader to take charge of this high-profile account. This role will be based in Toronto. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Director to manage a high-profile Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contract with a global client. This leadership role is vital in driving service delivery excellence, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring operational efficiency across a range of facilities and services. Key Responsibilities: Lead the overall strategy and day-to-day management of the IFM contract, ensuring high-quality services that meet or exceed client expectations. Experienced in managing all facets of a major IFM contract, including service delivery, client relationship management, technology integration, lease advisory, and transaction management, among others. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including senior client representatives. Oversee financial performance, ensuring effective management of budgets and the delivery of cost-efficient, value-driven solutions. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, performance standards, and regulatory requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery, sustainability, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated services across maintenance, cleaning, security, and other facets of facilities management. Regularly report to senior leadership and the client, providing insights into contract performance, challenges, and opportunities for growth. Qualifications & Skills: Extensive experience (9+ years) in facilities management, with a strong background in managing Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contracts. Proven track record of managing large-scale contracts, particularly with global clients. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build and guide high-performing teams. Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and financial performance. Exceptional client relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and drive strategic outcomes. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to senior executives. A degree in Facilities Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
