In 2024, STEP supported over 10 charities across North America through our annual Christmas Spirit Campaign. Each year, our locations raise money to support local charities, ensuring we make a positive impact in the communities where we live and work during the holiday season. This year, we are pleased to announce that we have raised over $125,000! This incredible achievement was made possible by the dedication of our professionals and the generosity of our vendors. Together, our service centers across Canada and the U.S. united for a meaningful cause. Your contributions will spread holiday joy and provide much-needed support to those who need it most. Thank you for your continued generosity and for helping us carry on this important STEP tradition. #STEPChristmasSpiritCampaign #ChristmasSpirit #makingSTEPs

Last week, as part of STEP’s annual Christmas Spirit Campaign, professionals from our Calgary office volunteered at the Brown Bagging for Calgary’s Kids (BB4CK) kitchen. This year, BB4CK is Calgary’s chosen charity, with all funds raised and volunteer hours dedicated to supporting their efforts. BB4CK prepares over 7,500 lunches annually for children in more than 270 Calgary schools, ensuring kids in our communities are fed every school day. We are proud to support such a meaningful cause and contribute to the well-being of our community. Thank you, Brown Bagging for Calgary's Kids, for hosting our team and for the festive fun decorating holiday cookies! STEP was proud to sponsor the FUSE Collective AB2050 case competition, an initiative led by FUSE’s student organization to integrate energy, the environment, and the economy in shaping Alberta’s sustainable future. The competition challenges post-secondary students to tackle key questions about Alberta's sustainability journey to 2050. In teams of up to five, participants have 20 hours to develop innovative solutions to complex energy and sustainability issues, presenting their ideas to a panel of industry leaders and faculty judges. By supporting programs like FUSE Collective, we’re investing in the ideas and talent that will help lead Alberta into a sustainable future. Thank you to Fuse Collective (University of Calgary) for inviting us to be part of this impactful experience. #FuelingtheFuture #makingSTEPs #STEPEnergyServices #FUSECollective
