This week, my daughter started her first week of Kindergarten, and it’s been a true privilege to be able to drop her off and pick her up every day. I’m so grateful for the flexibility that running my VA business has given me. Not only do I get to enjoy these special moments with my daughter, but by building an agency with talented VAs, I also provide work for my team, who also have the freedom to do school drop-offs and pickups for their own families.
