"Either you fit into the mold, or you shape something new." ⭐ Why did I decide to work at Symend? Back in 2020, when I started my first business and got into the startup world, I’d look at companies like Symend, and they were such a huge inspiration for me. These were companies that weren’t afraid to challenge the status quo with technology. But here’s the thing: it’s not easy. 💡 First, someone has to trust you enough to give you a shot, to let you show that you're worth trusting. It’s not about just showing up and trying to change things for no reason. As humans, we’re always creating. We create content, stories, moments. But to really create something meaningful, you have to think differently. And that’s the philosophy behind all of this: if we all did things the same way, nothing would ever change. That’s why being different, thinking outside the box, and being bold is so important. Now, imagine sitting down 10 years ago with a traditional debt recovery manager and telling them, "One day, there’s going to be technology that understands why someone can’t pay their bills at a specific moment—all without talking to a single person, just through digital tools." Ten years ago, that would’ve sounded impossible. Today, it’s real. But to make the impossible happen, you have to try things no one else is trying. That’s how I choose to live my life—not doing something just because “everyone else does it”, and not avoiding something just because no one else has tried it yet. So, to anyone out there trying something different that brings value, keep on doing it, you'll shape the future someday. 🤍
