  • One of our highlights from 2024 was partnering with Arterra Wines to bring Domaine Curry to life, a wine brand founded by the inspiring Ayesha Curry and Sydel Curry-Lee. With a focus on honoring the trailblazing women behind the Curry family’s legacy, we created an elevated launch event that told the brand’s story while fostering meaningful connections with key stakeholders, media, and exclusive clientele. From the moment guests arrived, the experience was designed to inspire and engage: - A Michelin-star awarded dinner highlighting Domaine Curry’s exceptional wines and celebrating its story. - An interactive discussion led by sommeliers deepened understanding and appreciation. - Thoughtfully curated photo opportunities encouraging organic social sharing. - Seamless on-site purchasing blended convenience with the richness of the evening. Having Ayesha Curry in attendance brought a personal and intimate touch to the evening. Her presence allowed for direct engagement, providing guests with a deeper connection to the brand and amplifying its vision through shareable moments The launch was an immersive journey that celebrated community, culture, and connection through wine. We’re honored to have been part of this milestone and can’t wait to see Domaine Curry continue to fill glasses.   • This year, we partnered with Sol de Janeiro to launch the Delícia Drench Body Butter and spotlight the Cheirosa 59 Body Mist. Set in the heart of the Toronto Eaton Centre, this vibrant pop-up activation was strategically placed across from Sephora, driving in-store purchases while giving guests an unforgettable brand experience. Guests were treated to personalized product customizations by an artist, adding a unique and memorable touch to their visit. The footprint incorporated several engagement elements to give the guests a full experience while maintaining a steady flow throughout the space, featuring product sampling and education, a custom Plinko game for giveaways, an ASMR soundscape experience, and photo ops. Consumers especially loved the Plinko and the Photobooth. Experiential marketing like this is a necessity in the beauty space, where touch, feel, and scent play a critical role in purchase decisions. These activations go beyond showcasing products, they create emotional connections to the brand, turning curiosity into trust and trust into purchases. In a crowded beauty market, standing out requires innovation and authentic engagement.   • Last month, we partnered with TikTok to bring the inaugural Taste and Trends 2024 event to help brands understand the benefits of harnessing the power of TikTok, to reach and engage new audiences. This one-of-a-kind event showcased how consumer-packaged goods (CPG) brands can leverage TikTok’s platform to create authentic, engaging content that resonates with today’s fast-moving digital culture. The afternoon featured tailored activations across verticals such as Alcohol, Coffee, Beverages, Snacks, and Confectionary, all highlighting fun, viral TikTok food and beverage trends. A highlight of the event was guest speaker Matty Matheson, who shared his unique perspective on why authenticity is TikTok’s most powerful currency. His insights reinforced the importance of creating content that’s not only creative but also real and relatable. TikTok continues to be a game-changer for brands looking to build cultural relevance, and events like these provide the perfect space for CPG companies to connect with creators, agencies, and tech partners to unlock their full potential on the platform.     The Concierge Club produced and designed this exclusive, invite-only preview event last month for Dynamite at their new flagship store in Montreal’s luxurious Royalmount Shopping Centre. The event, featuring a speakeasy theme in collaboration with Cloakroom Bar, celebrated the brand’s evolution and offered a glimpse into its stylish future. Held a day before the store’s official opening, the intimate affair allowed select guests to experience the store and Dynamite’s new collection before anyone else.   As guests arrived, they were greeted by a butler, who revealed a personalized gift card nestled inside a gold cloche, setting the tone for an exclusive shopping experience. The speakeasy theme was evident throughout the evening, blending an air of mystery and luxury with vibrant energy. Influencers, socialites, and VIP guests were treated to elevated hors d’oeuvres, jazz music that kept the vibe upbeat, and an open cocktail bar. The night’s soundtrack was helmed by Montreal-based Fafa Khan, who created the perfect atmosphere with a mix of contemporary beats and classic tunes. The venue’s partnership with Cloakroom Bar enhanced the speakeasy theme, bringing an extra layer of authenticity and charm.   Groupe Dynamite pulled out all the stops to make this an unforgettable evening, and it wasn’t just about the music or hors d’oeuvres. The event symbolized a new chapter in line with the brand’s focus on evolving alongside its customers.   • We transformed The Kent into an immersive space to host the lululemon Find Further event, inspiring guests to connect with and share their wellness journey. How we did it: Immersive Projections: Showcasing real marathon runners’ aspirations, turning personal journeys into a visual celebration of determination. Branded Decor: Custom furniture, vinyl, and modern florals created a space that reflected Lululemon’s unique branding and message. Interactive Wall: Attendees engaged with the "Find Further" campaign by sharing their personal stories, making this a powerful space for connection. Photo Moments: Custom photo booths allowed guests to capture memories as they explored their potential. Wellness-Inspired Food & Bev: On-theme, health-focused food and beverages to fuel both body and mind. This event was a powerful reminder of the potential we unlock when we challenge ourselves to go further. Right in the heart of Montreal on St. Catherine St., we transformed a 2-story space into an immersive, nostalgia-filled celebration of fashion, music, and community. We brought in custom nail and clothing patch stations, providing interactive moments that connected us with our Gen Z shoppers. Held a media and influencer launch event to drive buzz and visibility, reaching beyond our store walls. We also gave back by partnering with a local charity for a meaningful clothing donation initiative. From photo-ops to personalized style moments, this pop-up was about creating a lasting impact in a unique and memorable shopping experience.
