"TWAS THE NIGHT BEFORE LINKEDIN CHRISTMAS” - a poem to be read aloud. 🎅🏾🎄❄️ ‘Twas the night before LinkedIn Christmas, and I ever the keener I wrote this poem in the hopes to impress Jeff Weiner Our profiles were mostly quite dormant that night Except Merrill Kass, who lives on this site. :)   A few of us lingered, to share Christmas cheer Like Brenda Meller🥧, who’s always a dear So was Kenneth Lang, who was sharing some fun And Roy Kowarski again who does video a ton   When up in my feed there arose a new post From a connection today, we think of the most I sprang from my bed and turned on my phone And I saw that jolly old elf, yet he wasn’t alone   His endorsements were full and recommendations plenty And his experience was of someone aged 2,020 It must be St. Nick, and his status update quickly grew acclaim As he whistled and shouted LinkedIn leaders by name   Go Melanie! Go RACHEL, Go Lynne and Joshua B. Lee You share stories of heart that make us go ‘golly gee!’ TY Richard, John, Kevin, and Lea 🌈, TY Gary, Richard, Cher and String, Keep sharing great content, we love the learning that you bring   He stayed on the platform, for over an hour Seemingly mesmerized how authentic connection had power He spoke not a word, but went straight to his work, And commented on all relevant posts; then turned with a jerk, His laptop shut down, his mouse finally at rest He gave a small nod, perhaps native video would have been best?
