📣 FCIP/RCIP Update
We appreciate the strong interest in the Francophone Community Immigration Pilot (FCIP) and Rural Community Immigration Pilot (RCIP). While these programs have been announced, we don’t have further details to share just yet.
These pilots are employer-driven, meaning employers—not candidates—will submit applications. If you’re currently employed, your employer can reach out to immigration@timmins.ca to learn more.
A list of priority sectors and occupations will be available on our website next month once finalized. We expect to begin accepting employer applications for designation in the spring. Once approved, a list of designated employers will also be available on our website.
Thank you for your patience—we’ll share updates as soon as they become available!
