A supportive environment helps you recharge and refocus. 🌱 Invest in Personal Growth: Learn from rejection and tough moments—they’re part of the journey. Seek mentorship, training, or resources that sharpen your skills and keep you motivated. 🏃♂️ Prioritize Wellness: High pressure needs balance. Take care of your mind and body with regular exercise, healthy eating, and breaks to reset. A clear mind performs better. ✨ Keep Your Purpose Front and Center: Why are you in sales? A tower crane is now installed at 1071 King West, a 17-storey rental apartment development on the south side of King Street West near Shaw Street, on the edge of Toronto’s Liberty Village. UrbanToronto attended the project’s ground breaking ceremony in July, 2024, where Hullmark, First Capital, and Woodbourne Canada Management Inc. celebrated its beginnings. The triangular site, bounded by the Toronto West Rail Corridor to the south and Douro Street to the east, will be home to a flatiron-shaped building designed by BDP Quadrangle, with Kirkor Architects Planners as the Architect of Record. #Toronto #condo #construction

Graywood Developments and KingSett Capital have made changes to their plan for The Notable, a proposed 50-storey condo located a block southeast of the intersection of Yonge and St Clair in Toronto’s Deer Park neighbourhood. While maintaining the height and storey-count, the Turner Fleischer Architects design decreases the total number of units while proving more large units, shifting away somewhat from smaller investor-oriented units. #condo #construction #toronto

UrbanToronto Forum users have eagerly followed The One’s rise, regularly posting photos and updates to document its progress. Of late, discussion has revolved around when the tower would surpass the height of its immediate neighbour, One Bloor East, which stands at 257.24m and 76 storeys. While some images lead to debate, the latest photos, like the one from the southwest below from October 11, appear to show that The One has now overtaken One Bloor East, making it the tallest building at the bustling Yonge and Bloor streets intersection, and the 6th tallest skyscraper in Toronto. #condo #construction #toronto
