Today, Canadian Western Agribition’s 53rd show officially kicked off. This six-day event is a cornerstone for Regina and our province, drawing nearly 120,000 attendees, 1,200 international guests from 63 countries, and inspiring 10,000 school children every year. Our very own Jennifer Johnson took the stage to share our exciting transition and vision for the future. This morning, we announced that Regina will host the CAN-AM POLICE FIRE GAMES in August 2028. This multi-sport, Olympic-style event will bring together thousands of athletes and their families from across North America, showcasing the dedication and skill of our first responders.
