We love a field trip! 🚌 Our TQ team recently went on a second visit to our Net Zero New Build in Kerrisdale 🏡😊 It was such a dramatic change from our previous site visit back in May. Back then, we saw the concrete foundation, steel beam and completed drainage. Now with exterior framing completed for all the levels, roof waterproofed and temporary stairs to navigate between them, we got to walk around and explore the home. We could see and feel where the kitchen, bedrooms and other rooms are - it's awesome when we can see everything coming together! 🥳 Next: windows install will be happening in a few weeks! We’re looking forward to our next team trip to see this project! 💜 VictorEric design+build

We are very proud of this finished project in East Vancouver! This character house lift and renovation included: 🚿 rebuilding the basement to include a pet AND human shower 🥳 an awesome outdoor entertaining space (complete with kitchen counter that extends to the outdoor deck) 🏠 making sure we kept the original charm with flooring and wood stained window framing, and LOTS more!
