  • Simple way to recruit quality Truck Drivers in a competitive market. Sell potential Drivers on the ultimate outcome your job will do for them, not just the job itself. Let me explain a bit more for you to understand. You did't buy a truck just because you want a truck to park and look pretty in your yard. You bought it because you want it to transport freight to your customers, make them happy and making profits, right? This simple shift could make a big difference in your marketing.

  • Many driver recruiting ads focus on selling potential Truck Drivers to join their team. Sometimes showing signs of desperation that can repel good Drivers even more. You don't want that to happen. Want to know a powerful strategy to attract more quality Drivers? Instead of only telling why they should join your team, also tell them reasons why they shouldn't join. This approach communicates that ➡️You are selective who you bring on your team ➡️You value quality ➡️You're not desperate ➡️ Repels the ones who are not a good fit for your company. See the difference? Not only does this increase your credibility, but it also increases the desire for your ideal Drivers to take action.

  • 🔥Hot Topic🔥 Driver Facing Camera.. If you are a fleet owner or manager and thinking about installing Driver facing camera, I shared a helpful tip you may want to implement before you do. I think every commercial truck should have a forward facing camera, no doubt about it... What about the camera in the cab of the truck facing the Driver? What do I think about it? Is it a good idea or not? I get these questions often from my fellow Truck Drivers Many Drivers think they're invading their privacy... Yesterday, I did a four hour drive north to Sudbury One of the most peaceful drive in a long time. On my way back, I decided to stop at a rest stop and shoot a quick video. So let's talk about it.. Here's my honest opinion about it. #driverfacingcamera #transportation #trucking #truckdriver

Helping Trucking Companies Find Quality Truck Drivers to Hire Online Without Using Traditional Advertising. Family Man l Auto Hauler l Mentor

A simple and effective way to get unlimited Truck Drivers to hire than you need with greater ease.. So this morning, my neighbour picked a handful of fresh green peppers for me without asking. Why did she? And.... How does this relate to attracting and recruiting Truck Drivers without being desperate or needy? Watch the video... The great thing is, many trucking companies are NOT using it and you could implement it to stand out from the crowd and dominate.

  • How important is it to speak directly to your target market vs posting a generic ad "now hiring Truck Drivers"? If you want to recruit effectively, It's a good idea to create a marketing plan that attracts a specific audience of Drivers you want that is a great fit for your job/company and also repel those who are not a good fit. For example, if you are looking for a Truck Driver to haul general dry van freight locally is a different target market than hiring an experienced flatbed Driver. Being clear on your ideal Driver, you can develop a marketing plan that directly addresses their needs and desires to attract them. This approach avoids wasting time with a ton of unqualified Drivers. Generic advertising tactics don't usually resonate with your target audience and it causes you to think there are no good Drivers out there.. Why? Well, not all Truck Drivers are equal. To be effective, you can't speak to them the same. Specificity sells It's not about attracting every Truck Driver who has a CDL, it's more about identifying who your ideal Truck Driver is that you would love to have on your team and systemizing the process to attract them to your company. If you have a trucking company and have a challenge finding your ideal Drivers, send me a direct message here on LinkedIn to discuss if we could work together to help you overcome your challenges. You don't have to continue to suffer in silence

Some trucking companies experience a 100% turnover rate among newly hired Truck Drivers within the first year. Why is that? There are many different reasons for each company but let's talk about three key reasons Truck Drivers choose to leave.

  • Many trucking companies overlook one of the most effective ways to recruit quality Truck Drivers. Most leverage social media, job boards etc to get exposure to attract Truck Drivers which comes with a ton of competition that makes it harder to get drivers. Many fleets overlook email marketing Why would you even consider email marketing to recruit Truck Drivers? -You stand out of the crowd. Not many companies even know and are utilizing it -It’s cost-effective -Build quality relationships with potential Drivers -Have access to hundreds of interested Drivers with one click -Reduce advertising costs -Have a competitive advantage over your competitors -Communicate with Drivers wherever they are in the world! How many Truck Drivers have email addresses and check them regularly? You’ll be surprised how many do.. At the end of the day, it's an asset that cannot be taken from you or your company. This will provide companies with a pool of Truck Drivers to choose from when needed. Relying only on social media platforms or job boards to get exposure is great but they’re beyond your control like algorithm changes that reduce exposure, increase advertising costs, and shut down accounts that keep you stuck in your tracks. You don’t want that happening.. If you’re hiring Drivers and are interested in an effective way to find quality drivers for your fleet …And have a pipeline of ready-to join Truck Drivers for future openings, Go here https://lnkd.in/eCYGjtw to learn more. #transportation #trucking #recruitingtips
