  • A balanced diet rich in whole foods—like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins—can significantly enhance your mood, cognitive function, and overall mental health. Nutrients like omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins are vital for brain health, while staying hydrated helps maintain focus and energy levels. If you can’t afford fresh food as often as you’d like, choose less-processed or whole-grain versions of your favourites. As well, frozen foods are usually cheaper and have just as much nutrition as fresh. By making mindful food choices, you can boost your mental health and overall happiness. Start today for a brighter tomorrow! #mentalhealthmonday
