Our Director, Strategic Partnerships, Deborah Childs, attended #OES2024 this week. "Together, we can shape a more inclusive, sustainable economy for everyone." #FutureProofON #WCGServices
This week, I had the privilege of attending the Ontario Economic Summit organized by the Ontario Chamber of Commerce, representing WCG Services. I am truly excited to be part of this innovative dialogue. This year’s focus, Future Proofing Ontario: Building an Inclusive, Sustainable Economy, aligns deeply with our values. For over 30 years, we’ve been leaders in employment services across Canada, driven by a commitment to the power of work and making life better for all. It was inspiring to see such shared dedication within the workforce community as we exchanged ideas to progress Ontario's economic landscape. The core message of the summit was that we must work collectively across institutions, businesses, government, and nonprofits to create better future for all. We also need to address challenges like youth unemployment, and invest in building partnerships. Together, we can shape a more inclusive, sustainable economy for everyone. #OES2024 #FutureProofON #EmploymentServices #WCGServices #BuildingPartnerships
