  • On November 6th, work took on a whole new meaning for Take Your Kid To Work Day. We flipped the usual script, inviting parents and their 9th-grade kids to quiz each other with a mix of funny and heartfelt questions. The results? Laughter, life lessons, and a few unexpected moments that reminded us why family is at the heart of everything we do. Here’s a look at the day that brought us closer—not just as coworkers but as parents, kids, and lifelong learners. 💬 What’s the most surprising thing your kid has taught you lately? We’d love to hear your stories in the comments!

  • Sometimes, the best victories don’t show up on the scoreboard. This October, our team hit the ice—not for fame or a fierce rivalry, but to join forces with NHL legends and raise over $45,000 for Uxbridge Cottage Hospital. Together, we played, we laughed, and we made a real difference for local healthcare. Thank you to everyone who helped make it possible, with a special shoutout to Sarah Fumerton, who coordinated our team and fundraising efforts—you turned our ‘friendly’ game into something extraordinary. #CommunityImpact #HealthcareHeroes #GivingBack #CharityHockey #TeamSpirit #UxbridgeCottageHospital #WeinsAutoGroup #MakingADifference #NHLCharity #TogetherForHealth

  • This past Friday, WEINS Auto Group had the privilege of sponsoring a team at the Celebrity Hockey Tournament in support of Oak Valley Health, a satellite Markham Stouffville Hospital.   Our goal? Raise $45,000. And thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, we surpassed that with a grand total of $45,862.78!    One of the tournament’s highlights was the celebrity draft—where top fundraisers got to pick their star player. WEINS had the 3rd overall pick, and we were thrilled to have NHL Hall of Famer Gary Roberts join our team!   It wasn’t just about the goals or the competition—it was about rallying together for a cause that truly matters. Supporting healthcare in our community is a win we can all share. 🏒💙   Thank you to everyone who contributed, cheered us on, and made this event such a success!   #CharityHockey #UxbridgeOakValleyHealth #CommunityMatters #GaryRoberts #MarkhamStouffville

  • On September 22nd, the City of Markham came together for an unforgettable celebration of our Olympic and Paralympic heroes with an incredible parade! Don Valley North Toyota was proud to sponsor this special event, showcasing not only our athletes' remarkable achievements but also our community's unity and pride.   With five Markham-based Olympic athletes in attendance, including the amazing Andre De Grasse, OLY, Marissa Papaconstantinou, Nyl Yakura, Michelle Li, and Angel Xiao, it was truly inspiring to see these Olympians greeted by cheering fans of all ages. It was an honor for Don Valley North Toyota to have our vehicles lead the parade, symbolizing the journey of excellence and dedication these athletes have undertaken.   We were also thrilled to have the Mayor of Markham, Frank Scarpitti, celebrating these exceptional individuals' accomplishments, and the community's support made it a day to remember.   Thank you to everyone who came out to cheer on our athletes and be part of such a memorable event! Don Valley North Toyota is proud to support our community and is dedicated to always moving forward.

  • Today marks the end of an era as we bid a heartfelt farewell to the iconic Don Valley North Lexus building, our cherished home for an incredible 50 years. From its modest beginnings, it has become a cornerstone of our community, bearing witness to countless milestones, memories, and moments of joy.   As we close this chapter, we look forward to unveiling our new state-of-the-art facility. This next-generation space promises to elevate the Lexus experience to unprecedented heights, blending cutting-edge technology with unparalleled luxury.   During this thrilling transformation, Don Valley North Lexus has temporarily relocated to the WEINS Auto Group HQ Building at 7200 Victoria Park Ave in Markham. This move ensures that our valued customers continue to receive the exceptional service and support they deserve without interruption.   Here's to embarking on this exciting new journey of innovation, service excellence, and exceeding expectations!

  • Racing isn't only about winning, its also about learning. The Hattori Motorsports team and WEINS Auto Group got the chance to do a bit of both this weekend.   Jack Hawksworth and Jaden Conwright achieved the #50 WEINS Auto Group Toyota GR Supra GT4 EVO's second Pole award win at our home track to start the Canadian Tire Motorsport Park 120 from the front of the field. Joining us for the home race was six of our top-performing technicians from Japan. Our overseas colleagues had the chance to learn the inner workings of a race crew and join in the fun for a pit-stop demonstration for fans, and two real pit stops during the race.   The Hattori Motorsports team has had a remarkable season, and we can't wait to join them again next year!

  • It’s always rewarding to have team members who are engaged, and our Shop Foreman at Lexus of Richmond Hill is no exception. Hiro Sakamoto recently showcased his talent with a winning livery design for the WEINS Auto Group #50 Toyota GR Supra GT4 EVO. To celebrate Hiro’s achievement, his colleagues surprised him with an award ceremony, a trophy, and a mock-up of his winning design. This weekend, Hiro’s outstanding artwork will be featured in the IMSA - International Motor Sports Association Michelin Pilot Challenge at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park, lovingly known by motorsport fans the world over as ‘Mosport’. Join us in congratulating Hiro on his design contest win and to cheer on Jack Hawksworth and Jaden Conwright, the talented drivers behind the wheel for Hattori Motorsport.
