It's hard to understand what your H&S expectations are when the governing bodies surrounding it keep moving things around. This is a win for contractors, allowing them to pick COR or ISO, whichever is most appropriate form them, but the way it's been done feels a bit goofy to us. We feel it would be more appropriate to let COR issue COR certificates, ISO issue ISO certificates and project owners understanding and allowing for various approved certifications. It still lets the contractor pick, gives the owner protection, and lets each auditor audit their own stuff. Just our 2 cents!
