    We're SO excited to welcome a couple of team members (Buster, Hugo, and Arpit) to Wrapped Media! Some fun facts about the team: 🏀 Buster --> has the fourth highest field goal percentage ALL TIME at his high school. He also graded with a degree in Biochemistry a minor in CS, and was UBCO's student athlete of the year in 2014... as if a biochem ungrad wasn't enough 🙄 🖥️ Arpit --> a self-proclaimed "McDonald's coffee addict", Arpit is helping with our GTM motion. He's also done more in his first two years of uni than most people do in all of their 20s... 4 internships and counting! 🏸 Hugo --> our operations rockstar. From my alma mater (The University of British Columbia). Hit Hugo up for movie recommendations or a not-so-friendly game of badminton. Super excited to have these fellas on board!

  • Always nice partnering with Initiative and The Wendy's Company - this time for 🥇 at the Festival of Media in NYC. The Cinna-Bon Voyage campaign won for Best Use of OOH and was Highly Commended for Best Launch / Relaunch. Kudos to everyone involved!

Highlights include Inclusive Campaign of the Year for their outstanding work with Black & Abroad on “See You There,” along with accolades for Destination Canada’s “Return to the Wild” and The Wendy's Company Canada's “Cinna-Bon Voyage.” The FOMNA Awards celebrate exceptional innovation and creativity in the ever-evolving media landscape.     We had a wonderful time attending AdClub of Toronto's OOH Showdown and oh boy did we enjoy it. Not only was the event executed with the precision of an experienced surgeon (thanks to the one and only Leith Mason) our clients did pretty well. In the Transit/Transportation category: 2nd place: Drift into a New Perspective - Concept: transformed rideshare vehicles into mobile spas - Bota Bota, spa-sur-l'eau and Agence dada - https://lnkd.in/gY6EpiYP 4th place: ATBeepBeep - Concept: provided free rides to/from the Calgary Stampede - ATB Financial and Media Experts - https://lnkd.in/epDU3-8q 5th place: Cinna-Bon Voyage: - Concept: national campaign where rideshare vehicles were outfitted with a cinnamon bun scent - The Wendy's Company and Initiative - https://lnkd.in/gCr27M_t Congratulations to everyone involved.   • The Calgary Stampede is a big deal. Not only is it the world's largest outdoor rodeo, it also attracts over 1.4 million visitors every year. Being the largest financial institution headquartered in Western Canada, and being proudly Albertan, ATB Financial has been activating at the Stampede for a long time. But never like this. ATB Financial deployed a fleet of branded vehicles that provided consumers with free rides home from the Stampede. With daytime highs in the high 30s, consumers loved that they were able to get home quickly, safely, and comfortably.  Safe to say, consumers loved the giveaway: ✨ "This is like a miracle, I feel so lucky, I really needed this”  🏆 “Wow ATB takes the trophy on best give away”  😍 "You guys are a lifesaver.     Hey LinkedIn! I'm looking for some talented graphic designers to join our team at Wrapped Media on a freelance/project-by-project basis. We specialize in creating awesome street-level advertising campaigns by wrapping gig vehicles in ads for brands. We've worked with the likes of Wendy's, Sobeys, Baskin Robbins, & many other prominent brands. Our products range from vehicle wraps (differing in coverage levels), to in-vehicle display cards, and postcards. If you've got a great eye for detail and love bringing creative ideas to life, I'd love to chat with you. Experience with vehicle wraps is a plus, but not a must.     Stopped by the shop to check in on our Spruce Meadows installs and grab a few photos of the process. There's something about the smell of vinyl and adhesive that I've become accustomed to loving...
