Years ago, when I was stuck, trying to figure out my next steps, I couldn’t find anything to help me get clear on what I really wanted and the impact I wanted to make. I was in New York, trying to figure it all out, but knew there was so much to uncover within me that needed to be tapped into. Something I could be anchored by within myself, a power that nobody and nothing could take from me, no matter what situation I was in. This led me to my journey into personal development, reading tons of books, hiring a coach, studying coaching, NLP and being a PD consultant to professionals on Wall Street. All to learn that if we don’t know who we truly are and become confident in our unique gifts, we will always be giving our value to things outside of ourselves. Instead of owning our self worth and the value we bring — while being who we were meant to be. Which led me to create Yuology, the study of you. Now that I’m in a period of transition again, I’m grateful to have this practice to lean into and support me in my next steps. Evolving and continuing on this path forward, even when I don’t have all the answers. Thank you for being here!! And allowing me in your world. It all comes back to our self worth and what we believe we’re worthy of receiving. We can read all the books, listen to the podcasts and attend the workshops and ceremonies, but if we don’t do the actual real and raw messy work of going within, breaking low vibe habits, learning about who we truly are, our values and what makes us come alive — we will just be chasing an idea of success, instead of aligning with your truest self.. and becoming this version of you. Welcoming our first mother + daughter into the program. What an incredible experience to share and an honour for me to witness. Facing fears, limiting beliefs and self sabotaging behaviours is one thing, but doing it alongside family offers a whole new level of healing. So much of what we carry comes from our upbringing and childhood experiences, and connecting with our inner child is a big part of the transformation that happens in YuSchool, and I think it’s just such a beautiful thing to see generations of healing happen.. and self love and reflection being passed down as a priority.
