Each patient and caregiver's experience is unique and will foster individual experiences, priorities, and perspectives. I had the opportunity to convey Zamplo 's message and present two case studies from our work in Oncology from Princess Margaret Cancer Centre and by Aneal Khan in rare diseases. You may know what SOC 2 is, but are you aware of all the trust criteria that can go into getting SOC 2 certified?  There are five trust criteria:   -Security: Protects data from unauthorized access   -Availability: Ensures systems are up and running as expected   -Processing Integrity: Assures that data is processed correctly and reliably   -Confidentiality: Protects sensitive information from unauthorized disclosure   -Privacy: Safeguards personal information according to privacy regulations  To be SOC 2 Type 2 certified you need to have, at a minimum, the security trust criteria accomplished. I had the opportunity to present the results of the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre evaluation of Zamplo Research for remote monitoring of cancer patients at the North American Primary Care Research Group conference (NAPCRG) in Quebec City. The Zamplo platform proved to make a difference in patient outcomes and clinicians' experience! What were the results? 31% of in-person physician review sessions were skipped AND 100% of patients felt confident the Radiation Therapist made the correct triage decision based on PROs 62% HCP shifted the focus of care discussions based on PROs from Zamplo 81% of patients reported that all of their side effects were discussed by the physician at the review session, compared to only 39% for the control 12-week remote monitoring for new or worsening side effects triggered early healthcare interventions for 56% of patients possibly preventing an ER visit or hospital admission. I had the privilege of presenting the results from the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre at the NAPCRG conference, showcasing our evaluation of Zamplo Research for remote monitoring. The findings were exciting, as we saw improvements across all areas of the quadruple aim! In addition to sharing our work, I was deeply inspired by a talk on perseverance by Dr. Catherine Hudon, Université de Sherbrooke who reminded us that it takes an average of 17 years to move from "bench to bedside." For us, we're working on accelerating that process by providing real-world data more quickly and with improved quality—so we can make a more immediate impact on patient care.
